A lift gate is provided with the truck to lower the items or pallets to the ground. Individual items are blanket wrapped, strapped, and secured during transport. This option is a little more in cost, but does ensure the items are brought inside the building. Items may not be placed where they will be eventually installed, but are sometimes depending on the situation to do so.
Please be very specific about entry access points to the building, so we can inform the driver. Parking access, gate codes, 1st floor or higher in the building, elevator access, anything important that may not be a simple in and out of the building. INSTALLATION: Installation of the items is not included in the price of the equipment. Depending on the size of the order, installation services maybe available.We guarantee that the goods are as described in the above listing. We recommend that all equipment be installed by a professional, certified dental company, to insure that your new item functions properly. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Please allow up to 6 weeks to refurbish chairs if needed. It does not necessarily mean it will take that long, however we would appreciate you keeping that in mind when customizing the chair packages.
